Virtual Assistant ~ Virtual Assistants (VAs) are experienced office professionals who provide administrative, excel savay and other support services remotely. Because these activities can be handled effectively via telephone, fax, email and the Internet, physical location is irrevelant. We are assistance on demand!

Household Chores | Projects ~ Cleaning, painting,Power Washing Decks, or Fences (Fee Based on Size) Mow Your Yard (Fee Based on Size) .

Pet Valet $45 Round Trip mileage may apply.

Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday: 8AM - 6PM. Services performed after or before our normal hours of operation, may be subject to an additional charge. Please call us to discuss your needs.

Monthly packages that meet the needs of clients with busier schedules are also available at reduced rates.

Menu - Price

Policies

Policies: One hour minimum. Time is rounded up to the 1/2 hour. Fees will be calculated accordingly.

Hourly rate does not include the cost of any merchandise purchased.

Mileage is included in the hourly rate for the first 20miles. Any additional mileage is $.32/mile.

24 hour notice is appreciated, but will make every effort to accommodate rush orders for an additional charge.

Services are performed from 8 am to 6 pm Monday- Friday. After hours (weeknights after 6 pm). Weekends and holidays are calculated at $35/hour.

All client information is confidential and will not be shared with any third party unless requested by client.

All jobs requiring two people [ie. moving furniture] are billed at double time.

Cancellations: A scheduled service is a commitment of time between you and our service providers. We have reserved time just for you. When services are cancelled or missed, that time is permanently lost. Please read our cancellation policy below. Cancellation of services less than 48 hours (business days-not weekends) prior to the start of service will result in a charge of 50% of the total service period. Cancellation of services less than 24 hours(business days-not weekends) prior to the start of the service will result in a charge of 100% of the total service period.
